Qualifications

General Rental Requirements:

- Monthly income greater than 2.5x rent

-Credit score > 575 for standard deposit

-Section 8 vouchers are accepted

-Security deposit of 1 month rent (will be higher if credit score or rental or credit history does not meet standards)

- $250 per dog deposit, none for cats

- No prior evictions in the last 5 years

-Criminal records considered on a case by case basis
